The comic strip Wonder-Chaps! originates from a storyline created for children by Dr. Steiner-Hornsteyn about the little Wonder-Chaps people who lived in a world just like ours, with the same kind of difficulties or happy times that we have. The only difference was, that in the time of need they had the ability to use “a little magic” to make everything well again. The main character was Pipper-Pepper, an executive and owner of a PR agency with several employees. The strip described her daily laughs or tears with not only the surrounding world, but with her own sensitivity and feelings as a woman alone in leadership.

From this series she created the Wonder-Chaps Doll (The Wonder-Doll) and Star-Angels. They are the orginal designs and copyrighted by Helena Steiner-Hornsteyn.
