The Artist

Dr. Helena Steiner-Hornsteyn

Painting and drawing has remained close to Helena Steiner-Hornsteyn's heart throughout her life. During her younger years she received many awards for her artistry. Although her style has changed considerably during her life, she has maintained her bold colors and originality.

Many of her pieces have been part of art shows both in the U.S. and in Sweden. The comic strip Wonder-Chaps® was published in suburban magazines and the characters later turned into the original Wonder-Doll®.
